Setting up a Facebook Page that looks trustworthy
How should a Facebook Page be set up to earn quick trust?

The bar for a professional Facebook Page is high but the checklist is short. Most new Pages fail the trust test on the first visit for the same handful of reasons.
Complete the About section fully
Category, short description, opening hours, address (if applicable), website, contact email, and founding date. Missing any of these signals "unfinished" even when the content is otherwise strong.
Cover image at the right dimensions
820×312 desktop / 640×360 mobile safe area. A cover that looks fine on desktop but crops the logo on mobile is one of the most common trust drops on new Pages.
Pin a post that explains the Page
The pinned post is the second thing a visitor reads after the About section. A short pinned post — one paragraph plus one image — that says who the Page is for and how to get in touch removes friction.
Turn on reviews and reply to the first ones
For local businesses, reviews are a ranking factor inside Facebook. Even a handful of genuine reviews with responses from the Page owner materially lifts perceived credibility.
